Product Development
We use 3-D programs to simulate design, calculate the required cushioning material and, if required, offer a drop test in cooperation with one of our partners as a complete solution. A one-stop service!
Sample construction
You can follow our product development process before the series is manufactured. Our prototypes give you the opportunity to implement your predefined specifications and optimize final details.
Manufacturing

It all started with the apple...
More than 60 years ago, NOVAPOR's founder Hans Lau had the brilliant idea of solving a problem faced by regional apple growers with a newly discovered product: to insulate cold storage warehouses with polystyrene sheets to prevent product loss.

NOVAPOR shipping packaging provides comprehensive protection for your products during the shipping process. Our export packaging is specifically designed to safely protect both large products and machines on all transport routes. For products that require special shielding from particles cleanroom packaging is the ideal solution.
NOVAPOR technical foams are particularly used in sealing and insulating applications. When it comes to recurrent shipments, our reusable packaging is an efficient and sustainable solution. NOVAPOR protective cases are perfect to keep your products and tools safe during transport, storage and use. We rely on quality products such as PELI™ cases with Plastazote foam inserts. NOVAPOR tool organization foam inserts, also known as shadow foam inserts, help companies organize their workplace and optimize their business processes. In addition to these solutions, we also offer a wide range of ESD foam packaging that isspecifically designed to protect electrostatically sensitive devices and components.
