NOVAPOR recycled foam is a real alternative to conventional packaging material. Thanks to a recycled content of at least 80% (RENEW) or 30% (LD 27 R/cross-linked foam) and consistently high quality and performance, the foams are completely convincing. Processing at NOVAPOR is CO2 neutral.

TYPICAL PROPERTIES OF RENEW recycled foam
The RENEW (uncross-linked foam) in particular is characterized by very good restoring forces and an attractive appearance. RENEW is well suited as a foam insert for Protective case and shipping packaging. The big advantage of foam over cardboard, in addition to excellent cushioning properties, is that this polyethylene foam is not only light, but can also be recycled countless times while maintaining consistent quality.
