"You have to go into the zone where it hurts to get better."
Even as a child, I admired my father and my uncle, who jointly manage Novapor. Visits to their company impressed and fascinated me deeply. I still remember running around the halls as a little boy. Even then, it was my big dream to one day follow in their footsteps - with the aim of not only continuing their work, but also leaving my own contribution and footprint.
I trained as an industrial mechanic and then worked in this industry, where I learned a lot about machines and the manufacture of components. I often worked at Novapor and I always knew that one day I wanted to work for Novapor to realize some of my ideas. During my studies in technical business administration, I was very interested in sales and marketing. When I then came to Novapor, I "slipped into" sales.
For me, sales is a mixture of psychology and technology. I studied business psychology and I could apply this knowledge directly to sales. Some customers know exactly what they want, while others can only describe a problem and need us as experts to find the right solution. Solution selling is the focus of our work and we can approach each customer very individually. I find that the most exciting thing, instead of trying to sell customers something they don't want, but really making the customer's life easier with our products. It's about developing solutions together with the customer.
At Novapor, we have a strong focus on keeping up with market developments - especially in the area of sustainability. This is not only important for our customers, but also a major motivating factor for me personally. You have to constantly develop further, and I believe that is what Novapor stands for: being innovative and moving with the customer.
I am a big fan of growth. Whether it is the growth in sales or personal growth through new challenges. I also learn a lot from the experienced people at Novapor. Many people say "yes, there is always a lot of trouble with generations", but I have to say that with us it really works very harmoniously. This mix of "young, dynamic" and "experience and network" is what makes us successful. I also firmly believe that you only get better if you leave your comfort zone sometimes. You have to do things you have never done before in order to get a little better every day. It is always a rollercoaster of emotions, but nothing ventured, nothing gained.
important for me:
