“Trust as a foundation, growth as a goal.”
I discovered my passion for sales through many different experiences. During my training in wholesale and foreign trade in a steel trading company, I spent a lot of time in accounting. I have always been someone who is open to other people and who is not above having fun. It quickly became clear to me that working without direct customer contact is simply not my world. For me, sales is not a classic job in itself; I am doing something that I enjoy.
I see myself as a consultant. It is always a collaboration between equals, in which neither the supplier nor the customer is king. I am happy to contribute my ideas and suggestions, but I also respect the customer's wishes and try to find the best solution together with them. Long-term partnerships, in which I know that the customer will keep coming back to me because of our shared goals and mutual respect, are much more important to me than quick business.
What I particularly enjoy about my job is that every situation is different for every customer. Sometimes we are dealing with a start-up that requires a lot of advice and support and a very flexible environment, and then other times it is a big player with whom we have to find the best solutions together within the framework of the existing structures and processes. This flexibility is incredibly fun. Always having to adapt, analyzing the situation at the customer's location and seeing how we can find the best solution within the budget and with the best product protection.
At Novapor, I got to know a team dynamic that inspires and drives me. This positive energy at Novapor has changed my professional life once again. People support each other, push each other and are always positive, no matter what the issue is. They want to move forward together and they always think in terms of opportunities. This working atmosphere creates an environment that motivates me to do my best every day and to keep the team's overall goal in mind. For me, success means being in harmony with myself in all areas of life. Professionally, it is not the big numbers for me, but the personal, long-term connection with my customers that determines the real value of my work. If a customer feels comfortable with me, builds trust and comes back, then I have achieved my goal.
