The future lies in digitization! Manual work is often no longer sufficient these days, and that is where machine and system work comes into play! As a machine operator, you are responsible for ensuring that the company runs properly. You can complete an apprenticeship as a machine and plant operator in the field of plastics processing here with us! You will learn to operate our machines, to maintain them and to complete a wide variety of tasks independently. The training lasts 2 years and is carried out in cooperation with vocational schools in our area. If you find yourself in this profile, then you are a perfect match for us!
Training to become a machine and plant operator:
- Preparation of workflows
- Commissioning and checking of machines
- Controlling and monitoring the material flow
- Inspection and maintenance of machines: Topping up oil, coolants and lubricants and replacing wearing parts such as seals, filters and hoses
Ideally, you bring this with you:
- At least high school diploma
- Good knowledge of mathematics
- Good knowledge of German
- care
- Attentive and detail-oriented way of working
