New faces, new tasks, and plenty of opportunities: Sina and Timur are starting their professional careers at NOVAPOR in Kaltenkirchen as new trainees. In this way, we continue to invest strategically in our own young talent and in the qualified employees of tomorrow.
For the young trainees, a new chapter of their lives is beginning: During their training at NOVAPOR, they will not only learn about the profession they are being trained for in the coming years, but will also have the opportunity to discover the various processes of a growing company in the packaging industry.
From the very beginning, it's all about real-world experience. Our trainees are integrated into daily processes, increasingly take on their own tasks, and learn how a customer requirement ultimately becomes a finished packaging solution.
Logistics at NOVAPOR: an exciting field of work
Timo Fidelak, our warehouse manager (pictured above in the middle), is particularly pleased about the new addition to the team. As NOVAPOR grows, so do the demands on our warehousing and logistics processes.
As a manufacturer and supplier of customized packaging solutions, our work today goes far beyond simply producing and shipping products. For many of our customers, we also handle the warehousing of customer-specific packaging and materials, and with tailored delivery concepts, we ensure that the required products are available at the right time.
This includes just-in-time deliveries, framework agreements, and needs-based inventory management. At the same time, we maintain a comprehensive stock of various foams, sheet materials, cases, containers, and other packaging materials.
Reliable warehouse logistics are therefore becoming an increasingly important part of our service.

Growth brings new challenges
NOVAPOR has grown significantly in recent years. At the same time, our product and material range has also expanded continuously.
From individual foam packaging and foam inserts to cases and transport containers, corrugated and honeycomb cardboard, plastic sheets and wooden packaging, to packaging solutions for demanding industrial applications, we create new products every day.
This also makes the training varied: no two days and no two customer projects are exactly the same.
Training at NOVAPOR: Warehouse, Production and Office
In the future, we would like to continue offering young people different entry-level opportunities at NOVAPOR.
Therefore, we provide training not only in the area of warehousing and logistics, but also in our production – for example as machine and plant operators – as well as in the commercial area in the office.
This allows trainees to get to know different areas of a modern production company: from goods receipt and warehouse logistics to the operation of our production machines and the production of individual packaging, as well as purchasing, sales and commercial organization.
Our goal is clear: not only to train young talent, but also to offer them long-term development opportunities at NOVAPOR.
